recommend this option when you have identified a critical need, which must be
filled within a specified period of time, and where there is a likelihood that
your competitors may be searching for similar positions.
Each retained search is customized to the client’s needs, but generally includes
a guaranteed number of candidates to be presented over a specified period of
time. The fee for this option generally includes a retainer at contract
inception, progress payments during the interviewing process, and a final
payment upon the candidate start date.
